Asha is a Clinical Psychologist Registrar. She works with young people and adults around a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, interpersonal problems and trauma. She also has experience working with clients around the psychological issues that can accompany physical illness. These include difficulties adjusting to diagnoses, symptoms and treatments, managing health-related behaviours, addressing health anxiety and managing carer burden.
Asha tailors her therapeutic approach to the individual, and draws upon a range of evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Julianne is the founder of North Metropolitan Psychological Services. She specialises in working with clients with complex psychological needs. Her special interests include attachment, complex trauma and personality disorders. Julianne also works with couples and families, and has interest in working with older adults and people with disability. Julianne is qualified to supervise psychologists who are working towards general or clinical registration.

She also facilitates therapeutic groups for Depression and Anxiety and has special interests in mindfulness, meditation, existential and transpersonal psychology.
Emma is a Clinical Psychologist with a doctorate in clinical psychology. Her special interests include perinatal issues (particularly birth trauma, VBAC & VBAMC), parenting, women’s health, sex therapy and stress related to Fly in Fly Out work. Emma utilises an array of therapeutic tools, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Hypnosis, and Schema therapy, tailoring her interventions according to the individual’s needs. She has worked in Employee Assistance Programs, critical incident response, triage counselling and brief interventions in addition to private practice.
Samantha works with clients across the lifespan. She has experience in the alcohol and other drug field, child protection and community mental health settings. Samantha aims to develop a strong rapport with clients to foster a safe and non-judgemental environment. Samantha integrates a range of evidence-based best practice methods including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy and Mindfulness based approaches to address a range of issues including: anxiety related disorders, depression, sleep difficulties, self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties and addictions.
